This means that with each critical decision, at home and at work, you are quickly seeking to discern how you can be more Patient, Kind, Thankful, Humble, Respectful, Merciful and Truthful.

This is not our nature nor how the world teaches us to be…quite the contrary…but it is the example that Jesus gave us to follow.  It takes courage… perseverance…grace… and love! It also requires that we acknowledge, in humility, when we have not followed His example, and we respectfully, truthfully, and thankfully request that mercy be extended to us… as we, through grace, seek to extend the same Principles of Love and Mercy to our team… at home and at work.
